Apartment Regulations


The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Apartment and are an integral part of the contract.

  1. The contract is concluded by making a reservation (telephone or online), paying an advance payment or the entire amount due for the stay by the Guest (tenant), and signing the registration card.
  2. By concluding the contract, the Guest (tenant) confirms that he or she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations and consents to sending invoices electronically to the Guest’s e-mail address indicated in the registration card.
  3. The Regulations apply to all guests of the Apartment.
  4. The Regulations are available at the Reception Desk, in the Apartment and on the


  1. Apartments are rented for days. The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends by 11:00 the next day.
  2. You can use the apartment only after completing the registration formalities and paying the full payment for your stay.
  3. Reservation of the apartment is made as follows:
    • a. after submitting the offer, the landlord makes a preliminary reservation, which is confirmed by a message sent to the tenant via e-mail specifying the duration of stay and the amount of the fee for the entire stay,
    • b. Within 3 business days of receiving the initial reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount specified in the reservation confirmation,
    • c. If the Guest shortens the purchased stay, the Landlord does not refund the money for the unused period.
  4. Refusal to complete and sign the registration card is tantamount to canceling the reservation and retaining the fee by the Lessor.
  5. The Landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation without giving a reason for technical or other reasons beyond its control, within 24 hours of making the reservation.
  6. If the Guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest should report this fact no later than 10 p.m. on the day before departure. The Landlord may not take into account the Guest’s wishes if there are no vacancies or if the Guest violates these Regulations.
  7. The Landlord may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, violated the Apartment Regulations, caused damage to the property of the Apartment or other Guests, or to guests or employees of the Apartment, or otherwise disturbed the functioning of the Apartment.


  1. The Guest has no right to transfer, make available or sublet the vacated Apartment to third parties without the written consent of the Landlord.
  2. There is a night silence in the Apartment from: 22:00-07:00.
  3. Third parties who do not have completed registration cards and have not been notified to the Landlord cannot stay in the Apartment. The Guest is fully responsible for the property left in the Apartment, the Apartment’s property and any damage caused by these persons.
  4. Due to fire protection requirements, the Apartment may not use any devices powered by electricity or gas, which do not constitute the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, irons and gas burners.
  5. Before checking out, you must clean the kitchenette (wash dishes, countertops, throw away leftover food). It is possible to clean the kitchenette by the staff for PLN 30, after informing the reception in advance.
  6. Each time the Guest leaves the Apartment, the Guest is obliged to turn off the light, turn off the water and lock the Apartment.
  7. Smoking is prohibited in the Apartment.
  8. Parking in front of the building is paid, and the rates are set by SPP in Szczecin.
  9. The Lessor is not responsible for damage or loss of the Guest’s vehicle, as well as for failure to pay or incorrect payment of the parking fee in the paid parking zone.
  10. It is prohibited to record or use the image of the apartment in any way without the consent of the authorized person.
  11. It is possible to stay with pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per day.


  1. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and other devices in the Apartment, even if they were caused unintentionally.
  2. The Guest is obliged to immediately notify the Landlord of any damage to the property/equipment of the Apartment, and to immediately report any other irregularities.
  3. The landlord is not responsible for the loss or damage of items belonging to guests
  4. Items left by the Guest in the Apartment (after leaving) will be sent back to the address indicated in the registration card (without indicating the value – insurance). The Lessor will charge the Guest with shipping costs.
  5. It is prohibited to take photos in the facility, and in particular to publish them later without the consent of the owner of the facility. For violating the applicable rule, a fee of PLN 1,000 is imposed for each photo.


At the request of guests, the reception provides the following services free of charge:

  • a) providing information related to your stay and travel (subject to availability),
  • b) ordering a taxi (subject to availability),
  • c) ordering events available to tourists (subject to availability).


  1. In case of violation of these regulations, the Guest will be charged an additional fee. The amount of additional fees is as follows (net prices):
    • a) above-standard cleaning: PLN 250
    • b) administrative fee (disturbing the peace at night, disturbing the peace of other residents and guests, presence of unregistered people in the apartment after 10 p.m.): PLN 500
    • c) destruction/theft of a TV set: PLN 1,500
    • d) destruction/theft of a towel: PLN 50/small, PLN 75/bath towel, PLN 25/kitchen cloth
    • e) destruction/theft of bedding: PLN 50/duvet cover, PLN 30/pillowcase, PLN 20/jasiek pillowcase, PLN 200/duvet, PLN 100/pillow, PLN 60/jasiek, PLN 60/sheet
    • f) destruction/theft of dishes: PLN 15/glass, PLN 15/mug, PLN 25/glass, PLN 15/small plate, PLN 25/large plate (depending on the type and quantity)
    • g) flooding the sofa/bed: PLN 150
    • h) destruction of a chair: PLN 150-300
    • i) destruction/theft of the painting: according to the price on the label.
    • j) wall cleaning/painting – PLN 25/m2
    • k) window replacement – PLN 1,500
    • l) repair of a shower cabin – PLN 1,500
    • m) other damages – in accordance with the repair costs
    • n) use of the apartment’s image – PLN 1,000
    • o) surcharge for more people in the apartment than specified in the reservation – PLN 80 per person
    • p) loss/theft of the key – PLN 500
    • r) smoking – PLN 500
  2. If the Guest breaks the Regulations, the Landlord imposes an additional fee within 7 days from the date of discovery of the damage.


  1. A guest staying at Aparthotel 1899 has the right, upon prior notification at the Reception, for an additional fee (PLN 50/day/animal), to live with an animal in apartments designated by Aparthotel 1899. A deposit of PLN 500 is required.
  2. The owner of the dog is obliged to have an animal health booklet with current vaccinations, including mandatory vaccinations against rabies, as well as a muzzle and a leash.
  3. Aparthotel 1899 prohibits the arrival of animals of breeds commonly considered dangerous or aggressive, in particular:
    American Pit Bull Terrier, Majorca Dog – Perro de Presa Mallorguin, American Bulldog, Argentinean Dog, Canary Dog – Perro de Presa Canario, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Guard Dog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog.
  4. The owner is obliged to provide the dog with: a leash, a muzzle, a bowl, a towel for wiping its paws and a bed, as well as a bag for excrement.
  5. The dog must be on a leash and with a muzzle in the center and under the full control of the owner.
  6. An animal cannot disturb the rest of people staying at Aparthotel 1899. The animal cannot make noise or disturb the peace and quiet on the property, especially inside the building and in the apartment.
  7. It is prohibited to leave an animal unattended on the premises of the Facility, including inside the apartment.
  8. During your stay at Aparthotel 1899, apartments with pets will be cleaned only when the animal is absent from the apartment.
  9. The guest undertakes to immediately clean up the animal’s waste. In order to meet its physiological needs, the dog should be taken outside the premises of Aparthotel 1899.
  10. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage, dirt or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Facility caused by the animal.
  11. The owner of the animal releases Aparthotel 1899 and its employees from any liability for any damage caused by animals to third parties and their property.
  12. The amount of the damage fee will be determined by Aparthotel 1899.
  13. The owner of the animal is obliged to comply with all comments of the staff and management of the Facility, specifying the rules of the animal’s stay on the premises of Aparthotel 1899.
  14. For failure to comply with the above-mentioned regulations, Aparthotel 1899 reserves the right to impose a financial penalty, including refusing guests further stay, and the owner undertakes to leave the premises of Aparthotel 1899 together with the animal.
  15. In the event of repeated complaints from other guests of Aparthotel 1899 about the animal’s behavior, the Facility reserves the right to refuse to continue providing services (especially stay) to the animal’s owner.


  1. Signing the registration card by the Guest confirms that he/she has read the regulations and accepts their content, as well as consent to sending invoices electronically to the Guest’s e-mail address indicated in the registration card.
  2. The guest consents to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Aparthotel 1899, al. Papieża Jana Pawła II 19/1a, 70-453 Szczecin for the needs necessary for the Guest’s stay in the Apartment and for the Guest to use other services provided by the Landlord. The guest has the right to access and correct his or her personal data.
  3. The Guest cannot make any changes to the Apartment or its equipment.
